Laser Native presents a night loaded with low end bass house, good vibes, and solid techno.
With the launch of their new label Laser Native is set to deliver the west coast flavor of dusty festival beats to the masses through a series of releases from respected artists and new comers with some fire by their side to guide them. In a world full of global communication, status updates and email we need to take a step back, open our eyes to the light and let the music communicate through us.
Join us thursday July 17th for the debut Laser Native event at Vessel. For this installment we are celebrating the forthcoming release of Vitamindevo's new EP entitled "Crystal Tribe" with 2 original tracks and a solid remix by Sex Pixels.
Booming 808s fueled the day parties and weekend festivals spread across the San Francisco Bay Area that were Sepehr's stomping grounds. Driven by a desire to better understand this energy, he would dive deep into the underground culture of warehouses and sweaty basements pulsing to the beat of an even more evocative sound.
With this new world came a swell of knowledge that evolved Sepehr's sonic understanding. Intertwining this new foundation with past influences ranging from hip hop to post-hardcore allowed him to construct a sound all his own. His productions and DJ sets have synthesized the subtle nuances of minimal, the primal atmosphere of techno, and the ghetto sleaze of booty.
Sepehr has found his place whether it be on one of countless top 10 charts compiled by world class artists or on a festival stage in South America. His plethora of inspirations and ideas have already caused heads to turn globally, and will come together to shake dance floors for years to come alongside his seabound friends and family, Tech Dolphin.

“I create music to inspire movement. A beat starts in my head, and will drive me crazy until I sit down and take the time to bring it to existence. Through wires it goes, and is able to materialize thorough the speakers. But it is not until I get to watch people embody the music through dance that it feels like the cycle of a song has been completed. I want to create music that will take you to the stars and back while helping you both lose yourself and find yourself a in the rhythmic layers.” - Vitamindevo
